FlowFraming is a software product developed and operated by FlowFraming Labs, Viña del Mar, Chile (“FlowFraming”, “we”, “us”). Contact: contact@flowframingtool.com.

Every license starts with a 14-day free trial with full features, so you can confirm FlowFraming works for your projects before paying.

14-day money-back guarantee

• New purchases (annual or perpetual): if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no questions asked.
• Annual renewals: if you forgot to cancel, request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling an annual subscription stops future renewals; the license keeps working until the end of the paid year.

How to request a refund

Email contact@flowframingtool.com with the email address used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

The refunded license is deactivated on all computers. Your Revit models and the framing already created in them are not affected.
